Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Welcome to Vaijayanti. We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Cancellations and Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, only if they haven’t been processed or shipped.

• To request a cancellation, please email us at support@vaijayanti.in or WhatsApp us at [Insert Contact Number] with your order ID.

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Returns and Replacements

As our pieces are handcrafted with care, we do not accept returns unless:

• The product was damaged during delivery

• You received a wrong item

If any of the above apply, please:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos and an unboxing video at support@vaijayanti.in

• Ensure the item is unused, with original packaging and tags intact

Once verified, we will offer either:

• A replacement, or

• A full refund to your original payment method

Refund Timelines

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

• If the order was placed via Cash on Delivery, we will request your bank details for NEFT transfer

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that refunds or exchanges are not applicable for:

• Customized or personalized products

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards or promotional offers

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• In case of a replacement due to our error, we will bear the return and reshipping costs
